This listing is for on farm pick up of our eight week summer subscription offering. Our address is 10700 Gordon Drive in Chatham. Please see the pick up schedule below. Flowers will be available for pick up on the posted dates from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm only. 
 
This subscription will feature zinnias, sunflowers, cosmos, snapdragons, eucalyptus, dahlias, lisianthus, strawflower, basil, mint, and celosia. All flowers are grown by us on our property. They are also harvested, stored, and arranged by us. Each week you'll receive one bouquet featuring what's currently in bloom.
 
Please note that our pick up schedule is already set and must work around Morrisa's pharmacist schedule at the hospital. Anyone may pick up your weekly bouquet for you if you're unable or will be out of town.

We will utilize Tuesdays September 16th, 23rd, and 30th as back up dates in case we have to cancel any pick up day due to weather or crop loss. Notification will be given in this case.
